That’s how I describe the shift from a career in medicine to pursuing the passion that had quietly shaped me for 21 years. What began as a pull toward climbing and skiing evolved into my life's work of using the mountains as a creative space for mastering the craft of moving through the mountains and as a tool for building meaningful connections with the people and wild spaces we meet a long the way.

Today, I work full time as a mountain guide, creating safe, transformative experiences in complex alpine terrain while continuing to pursue technical personal objectives in remote, alpine ranges around the world. I am a IFMGA Aspirant/AMGA professional guide based in the Rocky Mountain West, with more than 50 expeditions in Alaska’s Denali Range and over two decades of professional climbing experience around the world.

At the center of my work is a simple mission: to help people grow and move confidently in challenging environments, develop real confidence in the mountains, and to become more present and aware of ourselves and the environment around us.
